The Commanderie de Bordeaux of San Diego is delighted to welcome Véronique Bonnie, family owner of Château Malartic-Lagravière, Grand Cru Classe de Graves. Located just south of the city of Bordeaux in the appellation of Pessac-Léognan, Château Malartic-Lagravière is one of only six Bordeaux properties to be classified in both red and white wines. A unique part of Véronique Bonnie's position as President of Vignobles Malartic is supervising family wine-making operations across two hemispheres. Travelling between Château Malartic-Lagravière and Château Gazin Rocquencourt in Bordeaux to the Bodega DiamAndes and Clos de Los Siete in the heart of the Uco Valley in Mendoza, Argentina, Ms Bonnie oversees two full harvest seasons each year. We are truly fortunate to have this extraordinary wine-making professional and business woman with us.

Vaga Restaurants' Executive Chef Ananda Bareño and Founding Chef Claudette Zepeda are collaborating on a special menu to pair with the evening's wines.
