The Commanderie de Bordeaux cordially invites you and a guest to our annual Spring Parlement at Bistro du Marché in La Jolla. Chef Jean Michel Diot and Dinner Chair Lisa Lipton have collaborated to create a unique and exciting menu to pair with our Parlement wines. Spotlighting two esteemed Bordeaux estates, we will enjoy Château Canon, a famous Saint-Émilion property, and Château Rauzan-Ségla, situated in the renowned Margaux appellation. Each of these classified properties has a rich and storied history, and today are owned by the high fashion house, Chanel.
