The iconic Catamaran Resort in Pacific Beach is the perfect venue for our Summer Parlement! Star Chef Paul Arias has created a beautiful menu to show off the finely aged Bordeaux wines we'll be pouring from our chapter cellar.

The evening will begin on a private terrace overlooking Mission Bay, where we'll pour a vintage Guy Charlemagne Grand Cru Champagne to accompany tray-passed hors d'oeuvres. An elegant, seated dinner follows in the private, air-conditioned venue where we'll enjoy Left Bank chapter favorites from the 1995 and 1996 vintages paired with Chef Paul's fresh summer menu.

Dressy Summer Attire and Commanderie pocket crests. Jackets for the gents, but no ties required. Summer dresses or slacks for the Ladies.
