Join Commandeurs from San Diego and Dallas, digging deep into their cellars, for a Bordeaux First Growth Paulée.

Chef Jason Knibb of Nine-Ten will prepare a unique menu to pair with these Bordeaux stars. For many if not most attendees, this will be an opportunity to sample more First Growths and Right Bank equivalents, in one sitting, than ever before.

The concept of a Paulée is to bring a bottle fit for a Queen, or a King to share with fellow Commandeurs and spouses.

One bottle per attendee, of First Growth (1855 Left Bank Classification) or Right Bank equivalent is the minimum entrance requirement.
