The 1989 Bordeaux vintage is widely considered to be one of the greats. San Diego chapter Commandeurs have been fortunate to spend much of 2025 savoring the 1989's across all appellations. Join Commandeurs and friends to finish out this epic year with six classic Bordeaux wines, all hailing from the 1989 vintage. Éducateur Chris Hamilton is preparing an intellectual and enriching presentation about the evening's wines and this vintage which some consider a gateway into Bordeaux's modern era of wine making.

At the new fine dining spot Dora Ristorante, Chef Accursio Lota is creating an inspired menu to pair with multiple First Growths and more acclaimed chateaux.
